Late payment or non-payment?
A 10% late fee will be added if payment in full is not received by the due date. Failure to receive the bill does not excuse the penalty charge. Should your account remain delinquent after the 44th day, your service may be discontinued without further notice. A $70.00 Turn-on fee and payment of the delinquent amount is required in order to restore service.
