To celebrate Westmont’s Tree City USA 21st Anniversary, the Westmont Environmental Improvement Commission (EIC) is proud to announce the 2017 Annual Arbor Day Student Art & Essay Contest winners. The contest was open to all K-12 students who either live in Westmont or attend a school located in Westmont. “Trees are important to our community and we hope to encourage students to appreciate the many gifts and benefits that trees provide to our community," said EIC Secretary Mary Gabryel.
