The Westmont Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau in conjunction with the Westmont Historical Society will present the Westmont Scarecrow Decorating & Display Contest beginning Oct. 12 and continuing through Nov. 1. Local businesses, organizations, residents, and families are invited to participate and help us decorate our downtown for the fall season.
