The Alzheimer’s Association will be hosting a monthly support group for caregivers of individuals with Alzheimer’s and dementia. The group will meet on the first Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the Westmont Public Library, 500 N. Cass Avenue. The support group provides a safe and confidential environment for caregivers. Westmont is an official Dementia-Friendly community in the State of Illinois with the Village of Westmont municipality, Westmont Public Library, and other public agencies making a commitment to promote education and awareness opportunities to engage the public regarding dementia.
