Westmont Cruisin’ Nights, which will begin tonight on June 1 and continue every Thursday through August 31, was named the best weekly summer car show in the Chicagoland area by WGN-Radio. Each week, 100’s of cool and classic cars, as well as 1000’s of event guests come to downtown Westmont to be part of this popular event.
Every Thursday during these events, Cass Avenue will be closed to through traffic. Temporary detours during the event, from approximately 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., will re-route motorists around the event via residential streets. We thank everyone for their patience during this event and remind everyone to drive safely during this timeframe and follow all posted traffic signage.
WESTMONT CRUISIN’ NIGHT
Westmont Cruisin’ Nights & Street Fair provides fun for all ages. Each week, there will be two live bands, one in the downtown area north of Burlington Avenue and another live music act at NEAT Kitchen + Bar. Cruisin’ Nights also feature food and business specials, kids' activities, event vendors, and of course, three blocks of Cool Cars On Cass.
Returning this summer, the Westmont Special Events and the Creative Arts Network will continue to host Art Shows. Arts Shows will be June 1, June 15, June 29, July 6, July 20, August 3, Aug. 17, and Aug. 31.
