[ARCHIVED] County Eviction Court Cases on Hold Until May 15

Westmont, Illinois
Date Issued: April 10, 2020

DuPage County Judge Jim McCluskey recently announced that all DuPage County eviction court cases are on hold until May 15, 2020.  There will be no evictions enforced by the DuPage Sheriff’s office between now and May 15.  McCluskey’s office will provide an update regarding County evictions near the May 15th date.
