In response to COVID-19, the Village of Westmont is planning its first virtual Village Board meeting for Thursday, March 26, 6 p.m.
“As a unit of government, it is important that our municipality continues core services and work on behalf of our constituents,” said Village Manager Steve May. “This virtual Village Board meeting will allow us to do that.”
VILLAGE BOARD MEETING LIVE STREAM ON YOUTUBE
As in the past, the Village Board meeting will continue to be live streamed on YouTube during the actual meeting. However, rather than holding the meeting at the Village Hall, members of the Village Board will participate in the live stream from remote locations. As always, citizens will be able to watch the live stream on the Village of Westmont YouTube Channel -

ONLINE PUBLIC COMMENT
To help ensure that citizens can submit public comments and questions to the Village Board for a specific meeting, the Village of Westmont has created an online form so that citizens can make a submission. Online submissions will be accepted up until the start of the scheduled meeting. To submit a comment or questions, click on the link below:

Additionally, citizens can submit comments and questions via phone by calling 630-981-6195, however, voicemails must be received at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled meeting to be included in the record of the meeting.
