Intergovernmental Agreement - Illinois Office of the Comptroller
Board to consider an ordinance approving an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Illinois Office of the Comptroller (IOC) for access to the Comptroller's Local Debt Recovery Program.
- Background of Subject Matter
- This agreement is to allow for the Village of Westmont to collect both tax and nontax debt owed through the State of Illinois Local Debt Recovery Program.

Cell Antenna License Agreement
Board to consider an ordinance approving a Site License Agreement with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC for cellular antenna facilities on the water tower at 205 West 63rd Street.
- Background of Subject Matter
- Cingular (AT&T) desires to relocate their cellular antenna facilities the Village's 63rd St. Water Tower. This requires approval of the a new Site License Agreement. New annual fee of $50,600.00, to increase annually by 2% commencing in the Year 2026.
- Additional Background
- The IT Director and Village Attorney are authorized to further negotiate and modify non-essential terms of this Agreement after VB approval, and once finalized, the Mayor is authorized to sign without the need for further VB approval.

Board to consider an ordinance approving a contract with Pontifex Consulting Group, LLC, to conduct a Classification and Compensation Study.

Settlement Agreement
Board to consider an ordinance approving a settlement agreement in DuPage County Case No. 22 CH 00138, Village of Westmont v. Mulhern.
- Background of Subject Matter
- The Village's lawsuit sought a declaration that the house at 329 E. 56th St. was a dangerous and unsafe structure and sought a court order to allow the Village to demolish the house, clear the property, and lien the property for its costs.
- Additional Background
- The property has a new owner, and the settlement agreement provides that the new owner demolish the house by 12/15/22.
