Board to consider approving a Class 11 Special Event Liquor License fee waiver for TACCGC BBQ (Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Chicago) in Ty Warner Park. 
Background of Subject Matter
Culture Center of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Chicago applied for a Class 11 special event liquor license for their event in Ty Park on August 25, 2019. They have also requested a waiver of the $100 license fee.
Additional Background
TACCGC is a non for profit agency. This event is an annual event at Ty Park and draws many visitors to our community.

Increase of Available Massage Establishment Licenses
Board to consider an ordinance increasing the number of available massage establishment licenses by one (1) for Inner Light Transformations, 6420 S. Cass Avenue. 
Background of Subject Matter
Inner Light Transformations has applied for a massage establishment license. A report has been forwarded to the village manager for his recommendation. My background has not identified any reasons to deny this application.

This business will also offer yoga services as well as massage and other related therapies.

Board to consider an ordinance increasing the number of available Class B Tobacco Licenses by one (1) for Westmont Management D/B/A Clique Sports Bar & Grill, 6010 S Cass Avenue, Westmont, IL 60559.  
Background of Subject Matter
Clique Sports Bar and Grill, 6010 S Cass Ave has applied for a Class B Tobacco License to sell tobacco as an amenity use to their business operations.

505 Blackhawk Dr - Final Plat of Subdivision
Board to consider an ordinance approving a Final Plat of Subdivision for property located in the R-3 Single Family Detached Residence District to subdivide one lot into two lots.
Background of Subject Matter
The preliminary plat of subdivision was approved on October 12, 2017, subject to final plat approval, along with a variance to allow the creation of two lots with substandard widths, which received an extension on February 28, 2019.

303 W Ogden - Final Plat of Consolidation
Board to consider an ordinance approving a Final Plat of Consolidation for property located in the B-2 District to consolidate five lots into one at 301-319 West Ogden and 530 North Park Avenue and create a new single address of 303 West Ogden Avenue in Westmont.

The preliminary plat of consolidation was approved on May 9, 2019, subject to final plat approval.

6200 South Cass - Market Centre
Board to consider an ordinance approving an Amended Site Plan and Landscape Plan for the Market Centre planned development.
Background of Subject Matter
Bradford/Kensington is proposing to change the site and landscape plan for the Market Centre PD to accomodate a new mix of uses, including the relocation of a drive-through facility from Lot 2 to Lot 3. The proposal also specifies wall signage.

The Planning and Zoning Commission considered this request at their September 11, 2019 meeting and voted 5-1 to recommend approval.

IGA DuPage County - Water Quality Improvement Project
Board to consider an ordinance approving an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with DuPage County for reimbursement of Water Quality Improvements (WQIP) as part of the proposed Ashford Detention Management Project 61st and Richmond.
Background of Subject Matter
The Village is currently in Ph2 Engineering Design for the proposed Ashford Detention Management Project at 61st and Richmond. The improvements includes Water Quality features that qualify for the County's WQIP Grant Program.
Additional Background
Upon completion of the project, the Village will be reimbursed $51,011.10 for the Water Quality Portion of the project.

6015 S Cass - Special Use - Fire Station
Board to consider an ordinance approving a special use permit to allow the Village to install a fleet vehicle fueling area at the fire station at 6015 South Cass Avenue.
Background of Subject Matter
Public Works is proposing to move their fleet vehicle fueling area from the Streets Department on Wilmette to the South Cass Fire Station.
Additional Background
The Planning and Zoning Commission considered this request at a public hearing on September 11, 2019 and voted 5-1 to recommend approval, with 2 conditions of approval as noted in the staff report.
