Board to consider an ordinance approving the Westmont Chamber of 
Commerce hosted Wicked West Fest Halloween Events:

  1. Community Events Permit
  2. Street Closures - Cass Avenue from Burlington to Chicago/Naperville from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  3. Live amplified sound permit

Background of Subject Matter
This is an annual event that has grown considerably in recent years. In 2019, a mile run for kids has been added, as well as a paper shredding event.

Award of Bid Proposal - CBD Alley Reconstruction Section C Project
Board to consider an ordinance accepting the bid proposal from R.W. Dunteman  Company for the Village’s CBD Alley Reconstruction Section C Project, and authorizing a contract consistent with the bid documents.

Background of Subject Matter
The Village accepted bid proposals from 1 contractor for the CBD Alley Reconstruction Sec C Project. The only bidder was RW Dunteman with a low bid of $763,700.00 (approx 14% below the Engineer’s Estimate of $885,012).
Additional Background
Alley SecC is bounded by Cass-Lincoln and Naperville-Norfolk. RW Dunteman successfully completed our past CBD Alley Project Sections A, B, and F.
