Quincy Station - 2nd Amendment to EDA
Board to consider an ordinance approving a Second Amendment to the Economic Development Agreement between the Village of Westmont and HP Quincy Partners, LLC for the Quincy Station project at 1 W. Quincy Street.
- Background of Subject Matter
- This 2nd Amendment provides that the Village will perform alley improvements adjacent to the project (west to Lincoln & north to Richmond) at the Village’s expense. The Village has awarded the bid & the approved contractor will perform the work.
- Additional Background
- A previous version of this 2nd Amendment had the developer’s contractor performing this work, at the Village’s expense. That version will be replaced by this new 2nd Amendment.
