Plat of Consolidation 214 West Chicago Avenue
Board to consider an ordinance to approve a preliminary and final plat of consolidation for the property at 214 West Chicago Avenue in Westmont, Illinois.
Background of Subject Matter
Airhart Construction requests consideration of a consolidation plat for two properties having the same address of 214 W. Chicago.
Additional Background
The lot with frontage on West Chicago Avenue measures approximately 60 x 120 feet. The second lot is landlocked and is located directly to the north of the first lot, measuring 60 x 60 feet. Airhart Construction plans to build a single-family residence.
Recommendation
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval.

Award of Bid Proposal - 2020 North Washington Water Main Improvements
Board to consider an ordinance accepting the bid proposal from LUC Group, LLC for the Village's 2020 North Washington Water Main Improvements and authorizing a contract consistent with the bid documents.
Background of Subject Matter
The Village accepted bid proposals from 9 contractors for the 2020 North Washington water main improvement project. The low bidder is LUC Group, LLC with a low bid of $429,100.00 (approx 39% below the engineer's estimate of $699,570.

Tax Remittance Software and Services
Board to consider an ordinance approving an agreement with Azavar to provide software and services related to collection of locally imposed taxes.
Background of Subject Matter
It is anticipated this will primarily be used for Places for Eating Tax remittance, but may be extended to other taxes in the future. This will allow businesses to pay this tax online and can be used to generate email reminders.
Additional Background
Concerns discussed at Admin/Finance Committee have been addressed. The agreement includes an early termination clause the Village can use if needed, and the customer service option of this service is only used at the Village's request.

2020 Zoning Map
Board to consider an ordinance to approve the updated Zoning and Address Maps for the Village of Westmont dated December 31, 2019 as the official 2020 map.
Background of Subject Matter
The 2020 Zoning Map update contains all zoning amendments completed in 2019.
Recommendation
Approve and adopt the Zoning Map for 2020.
