Public Comment is subject to the public comment rules and procedures adopted by the Village. Citizens can submit remote public comment by filling out an online form, or by phone call.
The payment is included in the finance ordinance, which will be approved simultaneously with this PO.
This was identified as On Hold in the budget. The request is to release the hold, as the price increases by about $20,000 on February 1st. The money is available as it has been set aside over the last several years as part of our vehicle replacement fund.
Board to consider an ordinance approving the voluntary annexation of property located at 356 W 65th Street, Willowbrook, Illinois.
Background of Subject Matter
This property signed a Pre-Annexation Agreement in 1991 in order to obtain Village water. The property is now contiguous, the 20 year term of the Agreement remains valid, and the property owners have not changed.
Upon annexation, this property will automatically be rezoned to the R-1 Residential District. It may be rezoned either by the Village or at the request of the owner only after a public hearing.
Board to consider an ordinance approving the voluntary annexation of property located at 3901 Adams Street.
Background of Subject Matter
This property is owned by the Village of Westmont and is designated and used for stormwater management purposes. The Village acquired the property when the Westmont Surface Protection District was dissolved and assets were split with the County.
The property is contiguous to the Village and eligible to be annexed. The petitioner is the Village of Westmont as the owner of the property. The property will continue to be used for stormwater management uses.
This Board may adjourn to closed session to discuss matters so permitted and may act upon such matters upon returning to open session.
